How services are provided
Mosaic Technologies operates the Mosaic platform and this website. Mosaic Technologies is a technology and program provider, incorporated in the Cayman Islands as an exempted company (registration number 426921). Mosaic is not a bank and does not hold customer funds. U.S. dollar accounts and payments are provided by Dakota Ridge, Inc. through its partner bank, Lead Bank, Member FDIC, under your agreement with Dakota. Currency conversion, when available, is provided by a licensed FX provider. Stablecoin conversion, transfer and custody are provided by Dakota Ridge, Inc. under your agreement with them. Cards are issued by Third National under licence from Visa; the card program is managed by Rain (Signify Holdings, Inc.). Regulated treasury services are provided by Mosaic Capital Inc., an affiliate of Mosaic Technologies registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority under the Securities Investment Business Act. Mosaic is available to businesses in supported jurisdictions only. It is not available to individuals, to U.S. persons, or to businesses in Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or the European Economic Area. In the Cayman Islands it is available only to exempted companies, exempted limited partnerships and limited liability companies.
Regulated investment services
Regulated treasury products are provided by Mosaic Capital Inc. to clients who qualify as sophisticated persons or high net worth persons under the Securities Investment Business Act, confirmed at onboarding. These products are investments, not funds held on account, are not provided by Mosaic, and their value can fall as well as rise. Returns are not guaranteed. Capital is at risk.
Stablecoin balances
On-platform stablecoin balances are platform balances, not currency held on account with a licensed institution, and are not covered by any government protection scheme. Funds backing the on-platform stablecoin are held as described in our FAQ. Rewards on stablecoin balances, where offered, are a platform programme with its own terms, are not interest, and may change or be withdrawn. Off-platform stablecoins such as USDC are issued by third parties whose reserves, redemption terms and regulatory status are outside Mosaic's control.
Cards
Business cards, where available, are issued by a licensed partner under a fully collateralised structure. They do not provide revolving unsecured credit. Availability depends on jurisdiction and customer approval.
Availability and roadmap
Product availability depends on jurisdiction, customer eligibility and approval. Functionality marked "Coming next", "Coming soon" or "In development" is not yet available and may change or not be released.
