Role of Mosaic
Mosaic Technologies operates the Mosaic platform and this website and provides the related technology services. Mosaic is not a bank and is not licensed or registered under the Banks and Trust Companies Act, the Money Services Act, the Virtual Asset (Service Providers) Act or the Securities Investment Business Act of the Cayman Islands. Mosaic does not hold, control or transmit customer funds or digital assets. Each financial service available through the platform is provided by the provider identified in these Terms under a separate agreement between you and that provider, and that provider is responsible for it.
Your funds
U.S. dollar balances shown on the platform are held through Dakota Ridge, Inc. and its partner bank, Lead Bank, Member FDIC, under your agreement with Dakota. Stablecoin balances are held by Dakota under that agreement. Treasury holdings are held by the custodian appointed under your agreement with Mosaic Capital Inc.. Mosaic has no claim to, and no obligation to repay, any of these balances.
Eligibility and excluded persons
The platform is available only to business customers that meet our eligibility criteria and are organised in, and operate from, a supported jurisdiction. It is not available to individuals, to U.S. persons, to businesses in Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or the European Economic Area, or to persons in sanctioned jurisdictions. In the Cayman Islands, only exempted companies, exempted limited partnerships and limited liability companies are eligible. You confirm at onboarding, and on each use, that you are not an excluded person.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands and the Cayman Islands courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We may change these terms by updating this page. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
